As Isoko Mirror celebrate 12 years on the Newsstand

The 5th Edition of the Heroes/Heroines Awards will be
bestowed on the Guardian editor, Julius Eto, High Chief Iduh Amaide, IDU
President General, Professor Samuel Aghalino, Mrs
Oreva Okowa and 20 others under
the distinguished chairmanship of Prince Roland Unuafe on the 15th
April 2017 at Jubilee Retreat and Conference Centre, Warri Delta State.
Others are: Father of the day, High Chief Iduh Amaide, Mother of
the day, Barr. Mrs O. Mary Erijo Principal Partner .M.O. Erijo and Associates, Special
Guest of honour, Ambassador Alh. Paxman
Ekpuzo, Guest of honour, Princess Mrs Oghale Oweh, Guest of Honour, Professor
Samuel Aghalino, Anniversary Lecturer will be delivered by, Dr. Mrs. E.O Agbada chief
lecture, collage of Education Warri.
The Award is based on individual performance in the areas of
leadership per Excellence, Mentorship, and Contributions to Development and
Humanitarian Services across the globe.

Newspaper, Comrade Felida Essi who spoke to some selected Journalist recently
in Warri expressed optimism, noting that those selected were based on their
credentials and performances at their various fields of endeavour, while
stressing that those selected for the award were carefully studied and assessed
before their selection.
