Duku promised to complete mammography centre at ekpan

The 19th president of the Rotary Club of Ekpan, Barr. Charles Duku,  has promised the completion of the mammography centre at the General Hospital Ekpan, as his "star project".

The Rotarian stated this at the investiture of the 2017/2018 executive members, which took place at Ishaka Hotels, Ekpan, Uvwie council area of Delta state on Saturday, 29 July 2017.

Appreciating all for the support, Barrister Duku promised to serve humanity as the club has been doing across the world for the past 112 years.

Duku while expressing optimism that mammography project will be completed in his tenure, also assured all rotarians of ensuring sanitation and sensitization in schools.

"Service to humanity is the cornerstone of Rotary. And our star project is the completion of the mammography center my club is building," he stated.

The event saw the district 9141 governor, Ogiemudia Ikponmwosa, his assistant, Rotn. Richard Odibo and several other rotarians and friends of Rotary club.
