How middle-aged man allegedly uses charms to lure married women into immorality in Isoko community

A middle aged man, from Uzere town in Isoko South council area of Delta state, Zan Joe (not real names) has been accused of using charms to have immoral affairs with married women in Irri, a nearby community.

According to one of the anonymous who is related to one of the victims, the culprit has been engaging in the illicit act for some years now.

The Source had narrated to Isoko Mirror that about two years ago, the accused person was fined a certain sum of money and other items for sleeping with a married woman.

However, trouble started again when the husband of that same woman discovered that Zan Joe had transferred N3,000 to his wife to enable her meet him at a hotel on January 23. He (the husband), then reported the matter to the Irri Community Oletu, who handled the case.

"On 23 February, 2017, he was fined some amounts of money, goat and items to be used in cooking because he slept with our son's wife who already has three children, on two occasions. He even wants to kill the husband and take over the wife.

"The same man, on 23 January, 2019 attempted to sleep with the same woman again, by sending her N3,000 for transport to go and see him in a hotel. God so kind, the husband saw the alert of N3,000 and reported to the family.

"The family took the case to the Irri Community  Oletu, who handled the case and he was fined some amounts of money for his evil act."

All efforts to reach the accused man for response, as at press time proved abortive.

However, according to our source, it is has been confirmed that Zan Joe is a non teaching staff of a school in Oleh in the same local government area and he has further threatened to kill the husband of his victim. The source noted that since Zan Joe slept with the lady in question she has had several miscarriages.

Findings by Isoko Mirror states that the alleged culprit arrested the husband of the victim on June 4th to Police Area Command Ozoro, Isoko North for publishing the story of his act in Isoko Mirror newspaper Vol. 14. No. 165
