For instance, Eregare constructed a conference Hall at ijanikin police Divisional Headquarters that was officially commissioned by the then, commissioner of police CP Aderanti, now AIG in charge of Zone1 AIG. Aderanti who commended the effort of Eregare regretted that it was not in his purview and jurisdiction to promote, otherwise he would have unilaterally promoted Eregare on the spot, while urging other DPOs at the ceremony to emulate Eregare and promised to recommend him for promotion.

He is approachable and accessible without any form impediments, in other words, he was known for operating an open door policy without any form of discrimination during his days as police officers.
