Powerlee de great, has called
on Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state to develop the wrestling sport in
Delta state by appointing the right persons to manage it.

Powerlee made this call at
Oleh the headquarters of Isoko south local government area of Delta state while
addressing youth’s representatives across the state. He laid emphasis on the
need to develop wrestling just like any other sport, noting that with such
development the government would have created an enabling environment for the
youths to engage themselves positively without the option of going into crime.
Powerlee used the medium to
inform the young ones present at the occasion to emulate him and not to have
double mind because he (powerlee) started wrestling at a very tender age and
because of his stead-fastness, commitment and determination, he has been able
to clinch the national title of pro wrestling and pro Africa wrestling championship
which he won in Cameroon and successfully defended in Nigeria on May 1st
2016 at Asaba township stadium.
“I must tell you that 1 started
this wrestling of a thing at very young age and today I have the national title
which I won in 2010 and the pro Africa tittle twice. I urge you to engage
yourself positively and pray that God almighty will touch Governor Okowa’s
heart to give attention to the development of wrestling”. He said
