Call for unity among members

Isoko South Local Government Area, Delta State recently held its Stakeholders
/Leadership meeting, call for unity among party members.
In a brief chat with newsmen
after the stakeholders /leadership meeting the leader of the party in Isoko
South, a former House of Assembly member Hon. Lucky Okperi hinted that, the
meeting was to bring together the leadership and stakeholders of APC in
Isoko South together and brief them on the map to follow.
Hon.Okperi also said that,
another reason why the meeting was called is to notify them about the upcoming
wards and local government congress, noting that though the guidelines for the
congress is not out yet, but I am urging them to go and start working from
their units to their wards to ensure a smooth conduct of the congress in the
area.
He also pointed out that,
the meeting is to prepare ahead of the 2019 general election so that the party
will not be taken unaware like the local government election and the relevant
structures in place before the election, boasting that,"come 2019 it will
be a different ball game entirely"
Also speaking at the meeting,
the National leader of the party in Isoko Chief Lucky Esigie advocate for
the unity of the party in Isoko South, pointing out that, unity among members
of the party will bring dividends of democracy to the area.
Chief Esigie advised the
party to have leaders in every ward in the local government to ensure unity and
victory in the forthcoming general election 2019.

;Hon. Benjamin Essien Okiemute former House of Assembly member, Barr. Rockson
Igelige, Dr. Ogaga Ifowodo commissioner representing Delta, NDDC, Elder Peter
Erebi former President general Isoko Development Union, Prophet Jones Erue,
State chairman of the party, Barr. John Urete LGA chairman of the party and
Barr. Vincent Omorie amongst others.
