OML 30 host communities charge heritage energy to deal with new excos

Host Communities of Oil Mining Lease (OML) 30, has called on Heritage Energy Operational Services Limited to only have dealings with its newly elected executive members. 

The Forum of Communities Executive of Flow Stations, in a letter signed by the chairman Hon. Emuobosa Victor and the secretary, Mr. Egho Francis, both respective president generals of Evwreni and Oweh communities' fields of OML 30, told the company that only elected persons are to represent the forum in future matters.


Further attached to the letter which was dated April 16, are names of the PGs of the communities of flow stations in OML 30, amongst whom are Pastor Blessing Agboro (Olomoro), Dr. Patrick Oboghor (Oroni), Mr. Victor Otumemmene (Afisiere), Chief James Obeuwou (Oleh), Barr. John Urete (Uzere), as well as Barr. Alfred Serumeh and Chief Patrick Odukuye (UPS/TFP).

The letter which was addressed to the managing director of the company, Mr. Naeem Isik-  described the individuals as "authentic and authorised executive members".

It also emphasized that they are to "represent and plot the affairs and also take decisions on behalf of the Forum of Communities Executive of Flow Stations in OML 30."

The Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC), Shoreline Natural Resources were among other relevant authorities who received copies of the letter.
