Isoko for development rise against Owherfere, says forget 2019 re – election

By our Reporter
The Isoko for development (IFD) has called on Hon. Tim Owhefere not seek re-election into the Delta state House of assembly come 2019.
This was contained in a press statement made available to newsmen, duly signed by its president, comrade Iruoghene Ufi, the group gave 13 reasons why Hon. Owhefere should not contest the 2019 general election.
The press statement narrated that, for three consecutive times that Hon. Owhefere has been elected into the Delta House of assembly, he has not fulfilled any campaign promises he made to the people that labored for him and the party during election.
The group noted that, because Hon. Owhefere does not have the interest of the people at heart, he does not consult and not accountable to the people he claimed to represent.
The statement further stressed that because of his non-chalant  attitude to projects, Isoko north has the highest numbers of abandoned projects, noting that he hasno empowerment programme to empower the youths and this could be as result of his high handeness towards the people he represent.
The statement therefore, resolved that, except Hon.Tim Owhefere will change his ways and come in terms with the people he represent, he should not bother to seek re-election into the Delta state House of assembly, because, in the last 12 years, there is nothing to show for it.
