Lagos Ewheaye visits Ugholeh, Aruka orphanage, donates food items

The Lagos branch of Ewheaye Isoko worldwide has donated food items to Ugholeh orphanage home, Oleh and Aruka peace foundation international orphanage home Ozoro respectively.
The food items were donated during their visit to these orphanage homes as part of their charity obligations to the indigent children and less privilege ones to augment efforts of government in providing succor to the needy.


The group visit was led by its 1st vice president Mrs Elizabeth Oghale Awoh and accompanied by her royal majesty, Mrs O. Ogbogbo, the wife of the Ovie of Ozoro. Other members of the groups in the entourage includes: Mrs Mary Nwaru, Mrs R.O Akako, Mrs. G. Osima and Mrs R.U Bake.
The food items donated were: bags of rice, bags of garri, cartons of noodles, bathing soaps, detergent soaps and tissue papers. While speaking to newsmen during the visit, Mrs Awoh noted that “ we are a philanthropic organisation and we deem it fit to donates food items to help raise the hope of the vulnerable children.  when you give, you are stretching forth your good hands in return God will stretch forth his hands towards you”.

She therefore appealed to other similar organizations to emulate what they have done today, noting that, it will encourage others to do something for the privileges no matter how small it is.
Mrs. Awoh however promised that, the Ewheaye Isoko Lagos chapter have resolved to give to the orphanage homes on quarterly bases, and their philanthropic work will be extended to other areas saying that, we will be visiting orphanage homes in Lagos.
Meanwhile responding on behalf of Ugholeh orphanage home Mr. James Egbage said he felt delighted for the visit of the Ewheaye Isoko, “we are most grateful, God Almighty will continue to bless them for their kind gesture towards the vulnerable children”.
He added by saying that giving is grace, noting that people should try and help anywhere they find the less privilege children in the society. According to him doing that will help the society to grow.
The proprietress of Aruka Peace Foundation International orphanage home Mrs. Peace Aruka Agbaka also said that the "Ewheaye Isoko are kindhearted people that have love for the vulnerable children and care for the needy, noting that the blessings of the Lord will follow them".
He also urged other numerous group to emulate the Ewheaye Isoko to come and identify with the less privilege homes in the society, adding that government alone cannot do it.
