It is therefore, not coincidence, when overseer Andrew Omotite Olokor, a veteran educationist who understand the intricacies involved in acquiring education and having seen it all, decided in October 4th 1999, to complement the efforts of government by establishing "Learnfast comprehensive academy" to see to the needs of those who are yearning for secondary education.

Overseer Olokor, full of enthusiasm, in one of his encounter with journalists in 2013, had noted that the school which got approval in 2006, was immediately approved for WAEC in 2007 and NECO in 2008 respectively and since then, the school has continued to progress in spite of some hiccups to the admiration of the Ilemba Hausa Community as a leading secondary school in the area.
Learnfast comprehensive academy has also brought development to the Ilemba Hausa Community in 2014 when a non-governmental organisation (NGO) known as clean water for everyone (CWFE) from United states in partnership with Learnfast academy provided a borehole water for the use of the school and the community.

According to the proprietor of the school, Overseer A.O. Olokor had noted that it was like a dream when the officials of the NGO first visited the school on January 13 2014 to make the organisation's intention to sink a borehole for the school and the community so as to provide clean water for the use of the school and its environs.

But it became obvious and dawned on the school authority that what happened on the previous day was not a dream but reality and based on their fruitful discussion, an agreement was signed by both parties and the water project commenced on January 15, 2014 and was completed within two weeks.

The proprietor was highly elated on the day of the commissioning of the water project, while addressing the community, he expressed satisfaction and joy over what God almighty has done for him and the community especially for making the provision of this water project a reality.

One thing of note is that, in accordance with the provision of the agreement, on January 27 2014, the management of Learnfast comprehensive academy headed by overseer Andrew Omotite Olokor approved the award of "scholarship" to 20 students and pupils, and recipients were selected by CWFE officials who examined the essays written by the awardees. This singular gesture boost the morals of the awardee and parents and guardians and some of the parents and guardians of the awardees who spoke to the Press at that time expressed happiness and satisfaction and noted that "this gesture by the school is the first-of-its-kind in Ilemba Hausa Community"

While appealing to parents and guardians to send their children and wards to Learnfast comprehensive academy, the proprietor re-affirmed that the scholarship will be a continuous exercise which would be awarded to only deserving and qualified students through a competitive examination in subsequent academic session and noted that Learnfast children school was established on September 7 1991 and following the success story of the nursery and primary school led to the establishment of the secondary arm in October 4 1999 and it was named "Learnfast Comprehensive Academy".

The Proprietor while inviting the public to felicitate with him on the 20 years anniversary of the secondary school, he noted that, the authority has lined up programme of activities for the celebration.
Some of the activities include:
