HOSTCON women congratulates Akpode on ASTOGRN appointment

The women national executive of Host Communities of Nigeria (HOSTCON), have congratulated the Chairman, HOSTCON Isoko Nation, Odiri Akpode Lucky (Esq.) on his recent appointment as South-South zonal treasurer of the Association of Surface Tank Oil and Gas Retailers of Nigeria (ASTOGRN).
The women, during the inauguration ceremony penultimate May at Lawfab Hotel, Osubi, Okpe council area of Delta state, described the socio-pressure group as one aiding development in oil and gas communities, as well as the industry.
According to the national women leader, Adia Florence, some of the executive members sworn-in had been leaders in HOSTCON.
She said thus: "We rejoice with one of
ours, an amiable and dynamic leader in the person of Odiri Akpode Lucky (Esq.)
for his appointment as South-South Zonal Treasurer of ASTOGRN. This makes it
obvious that he is working, that HOSTCON is working too. ASTOGRN must have seen
his effectiveness in HOSTCON, hence chose him as one of the team members to
pilot the affairs of the association in this part of the country. We once again
congratulate you, Odiri Akpode (Esq.) and assure you of our unwavering
support."
The women further expressed confidence in his capacity to carry out the new assignment.
Other national women executives at the event are Joyce Uduareghe, Public Relations/Liaison Officer; Ajiri Ogigi, Treasurer; Cecilia Oyibo, ex-officio, among others.
