Tidi urges listeners to work in collaboration with the press

Hon.(Dr.) Michael Tidi has urged the listeners at the 2018 Annual Lectures/Award of Excellence held at otonloye hall, Ugbori-warri in delta state to work in collaboration with the press to enhance the quality of neutral as the editorial primitives as a group contributors.

 


Hon.(Dr.) Micheal Tidi, Chief (barr.) Robinson Ariyo and Mr. Samuel Meyiwa, Khanim during the 2018 annual lectures award excell 

He made this statement during the 2018 Annual Lectures/Award of Excellence at Otonloye Hall, Ugbori-Warri, while noting that Warri Voice newspapers needs packaging to be more effective and to move to a greater height, they have model to follow and there is need to join him to move this newspaper forward, because  he can't do this on his own without our support, in the absence of finance this project cannot move on and that is the essence of this launching. Chief Robinson Ariyo highlighted more about the importance of newspaper by quoting the 3rd American president, who said he was to choose between a government without newspaper and newspaper without government and he said, he will choose newspaper without government because the government can,t operate without the Press and noted that " our reading culture is dead",
