Isoko will unite to remove Ogor -Says Prince Anthony Ovrawah

The chairman of Election beyond Party Lines who is also a PDP chieftain Prince Anthony Ovrawah has stated that Isoko nation will unite to remove Hon. Leo Ogor from office.

This was contained in a press statement released and signed by him. 

According to him Hon. Leo Ogor recent statement regarding constituency delineation of Isoko is not only a selfish and greedy politician whose occupancy of the position beyond a single tenure should be seen as an insult to the well-meaning people of Isoko nation. 

Prince Ovrawah also noted that, Hon. Leo Ogor insensitive statement has ignited a new chapter in the history of Isoko nation, noting that, never again shall we make the mistake where an overstaying tenant assumes ownership of a leased property.

The time to finally send him out of politics is now or never. The choice of words used in the video currently in circulation is not only divisive but infuriating to any sane mind with the faintest or vaguest understanding of what constitutes Isoko South or North. 

He further reiterated that, the incumbent House of Reps member politically reckless statement in an unsurprising video to the applause of his minions and 'yes men'' saying that, the statement has stirred the hornets nests and they shall proceed with reeling out facts and figures to not only set the record straight but to drive home some salient points into the mind of Hon. Leo Ogor and his band of praise singers. 

Prince Ovrawah discloses that, what can be understood from the statement made by Hon. Leo Ogor, that the battle for the representative seat 2019 is between Isoko North and South is quite obvious that the devil has finally pushed him to make this statement which undoubtedly has cleared the doubts of most Isoko South people on his true intentions over the years. 

The PDP Chieftain emphasized that, the population of Isoko South according to the substantial official figures available surpasses that of Isoko North, by almost a hundred thousand. The only local government with higher population than Isoko South in the entire Delta State is Warri South and Ughelli North, noting that the popularity contests so envisaged by Hon. Leo Ogor and his cohorts is s welcome contests and it shall gladly seal his fate at the polls in February 2019.

He noted that, Hon. Leo Ogor is being economical with the truth by stating that Isoko North has two Constituencies. This statement is not only false, but senseless when juxtaposed with the familiar truth as regards the current composition of Constituencies in Isoko nation, saying that, let's ask Hon. Leo Ogor a very easy and simple question, who is the current member representing Isoko North Constituency 2?.

Such seat do not exist anywhere in the State or in the universe, such creation was formed in the fable world of the legislator to distort facts in order to confuse the undiscerning minds. 

Prince Ovrawah also narrated that, this is the first time that true election for the Isoko Federal Constituency seat will take place since 2003 that he has emerged via 'living room politics 'of Isoko. Subsequent election saw the tactics of fielding a decoy opposition by his party for other parties to create a staged election where results are skewed in his favour without any visible challenge by the losing party after such cowardly conceived results are announced. 

He further said that, 2019 election is impossible for the incumbent legislator hence he is running from pillar to post to ensure he hold on to the same position after 16 years without aspirations to further higher position of responsibility as it has been done by countless colleagues of his who are now state Governors and Senators respectively. 

To the good people of Isoko nation, make no mistake as to the vision of the incorruptible group -Election beyond Party Lines. According to him, our mission is to displace impunity of imposition of candidates and replacing such injurious system with justice, fairness and equity whereby every individual is free to seek and aspire to any offices whatsoever during election without fear of the power of some overstaying incumbents influencing electoral results through their cronies and accomplices as has been the case of Isoko Federal Constituency and Delta South Senatorial District respectively, saying that, they shall completely overcome the recurring results thrown at them by these greedy  helmsmen at the polls in due course. 

The chairman of the group also advocate for a peaceful free and fair election. "A peaceful free and fair election is what I presumably believe we would all seek to ensure a smooth and rancor free atmosphere in electing in electing the choice of the people for the Isoko Federal House of Reps seat in 2019".

He further emphasizes that, "We are not averse to such free and fair election. But, in the event of alternative to a peaceful conduct of affairs during the election day, it shall be a walk in the park for the good people of Isoko nation against her adversaries on that da6as monopolies over such alternatives to exist post 2015.We are ready to test our might of the PVC and whatever alternatives as suggested by the opposition as against the will of the Isoko People"
